CCG Opportunities to Serve:
Ask for our help to get you started. If you don't see something on the list suggest something. We are so excited for you!
Prayer Warriors: Start a prayer group: Men, Women, work place, youth
Childcare: Serve as a caregiver or teacher
Administration: We need: Secretarial, Record Keeping, Technology, etc.
CCG Interns: Be available and flexible for a variety of needs
Pastor & Church Needs: Do you have a skills that can bless others? Cut hair, mechanical, cooking, etc. Serve your church family.
Matthew 25 Ministries:(See Matthew 25: 31 - 46) Outreach Opportunities. This community has many needs. What area would God have you invest your "talents": Be creative. We will help you get started.
Our neighbors are: hungry, needy, single moms, sick, prison, Hospitality to strangers(immigrants), etc.
Youth Clubs: Young people are hungry for role models. Why not you? One child or many. Start one!
Women Mentoring: Many young women need guidance and help with issues of life, motherhood and being a wife. YOU can help.
Counseling & Recovery: Don't have to be a doctor or professional to guide someone to help.
Service Projects: This is our City, invest in it! Mow a lawn, help a single mom with her house needs. Tutor in the schools, etc. The list is endless. Come to us for more.
Special Gifting (Sports, Cooking, Fundraising). Like to hunt or canoe or more? Take an inner city child with you. 80% of inner city kids are fatherless. You can make a huge difference.
Matthew 25:29-30 ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
